Ingredients
- 7 cups Besan ( gram flour)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2.5 cups Pure Ghee
- 1 Tbsp Cardamom Powder
- Handful of Raisins
- ¼ cup room temperature milk
In a big kadhai, take gram flour
& dry roast until the color of it changes a bit. If we dry roast the gram
flour, so the ladus will not stick in mouth. Take out that flour in other pan.
Take ghee in the same kadhai, once the ghee starts melting, add the roasted
flour & stir continuously. Put the gas on low flame. This will prevent from
sticking the batter at the bottom of the pan. This batter will be little runny
because of melted ghee, but don’t worry. This is the good sign of good laddus..Stir
untill it starts to give an aroma, once you
see the color changes to golden, sprinkle the milk on the same which will little
bubble up. Now switch off the gas. Let the mixture cool down completely, as the
mixture will be of pouring consistency. When you see the mixture has become thick, add
the sugar & cardamom powder. Mix it well & keep it aside for some more
time.
Now the thick mixture is ready
for forming yummy laddus. Put one raisin on the top of laddu
